Job Description:

PDS has a Customer Service Role for an outstanding company in Utah County.

Job Description:

Answer incoming calls and route to various support groups based on description of the job
.Respond to customer e-mails
.Work with customers via Chat
.Answer questions regarding Novell certifications
.Basic troubleshooting skills
.Work with customers via Chat
.Assist Internal and External customers
.Teach customers how to use support tools
.Assist with maintaining documents and databases
.Assist with other tasks as assigned
