Administrator

Position
Summary:

The Dynamics GP Administrator will be responsible for configuring and
delivering business critical Finance and Supply Chain functions in our Dynamics
GP environment. Duties will include application configuration, security
configuration, interface design and configuration and other duties as assigned
for administration and management of the Dynamics GP system. This role is part
of our Information Technology (IT) team but will require frequent interaction
with the Finance and Supply Chain teams and other business teams.

Essential
Functions/Responsibilities:

·        
System
Administration of the Dynamics GP environments.

·        
Work
Closely with Accounting in restructuring user roles / profiles to provide
proper segregation of duties.

·        
Provide
reports and other data as needed.

·        
Maintain
and manage interfaces to other our systems.

·        
Evaluate
current GP usage and provide/implement system upgrades improvements.

·        
Ensure
that the GP system is properly patched and maintained.

·        
Other
related responsibilities as needed.

Required Skills:

·        
Candidate
must have strong problem solving skills and be very detail oriented.

MSSQL and
Extensive GP experience in the following areas:

Accounting
experience is a plus

Required
Experience:

·        
Minimum
of  3 years experience working with Dynamics GP in the areas listed within the
Required Skills.

Experience
working in a fast paced, dynamic business environment with shifting priorities

·        
Experience
working independently and taking initiative to proactively address issues and
solve problems
