 Our client has an immediate opening for a Systems Administrator in the Phoenix, AZ area.

 Systems Administrator – Windows  Job Description:

  • The function or purpose of the System Administrator is to serve as a point of escalation throughout the environment for the Service Desk, Hotel Technology Customer Services (HTCS) and the Operations Center.  The System Administrator will manage all incidents assigned to him/her and ensure incidents are updated frequently.  He/she will also maintain server and application systems.  The System Administrator will be responsible to remediate vulnerabilities found during auditing processes.  The System Administrator will interface with the Security and Network teams as necessary to troubleshoot and resolve problems.  The System Administrator will occasionally be asked to be a resource for new projects.  The System Administrator will be responsible for monitoring performance on servers and evaluating data for the purpose of trend analysis. 
  • Requirements:

Provide escalated support to Service Desk, HTCS, and Operations Center.  Manage assigned incidents and requests and ensure incidents are updated and resolved in a timely manner.

Be available 24×7 on a rotated or otherwise as needed basis to provide off-hours support to the Service Desk, HTCS, Operations Center, and other team members.

Regularly maintain systems/applications and follow-outlined procedures

Interface with other teams within IT, such as security, networking, communications, and distributed technology to manage and support issues.
