Joseph Martinez
CEO of PDS, Inc.
Joe Martinez, the founder
and CEO of PDS, Inc. has built a reputation over the years as the most
honorable technology services executive in the business. His
ethics and business sense was a key to PDS reaching the $50+ MM mark
accompanied by numerous awards for outstanding service
and rapid growth. Joe is extremely dedicated to the community and
mentorship to other Small Business owners struggling to keep their head
above water, leading to his seat on numerous boards within
multiple industries and non-profit organizations. Prior to founding one
of the countries top SBA certified privately held
technology service organizations, he held executive roles within such
companies as TRW, CSC, United Telecom, etc… creating his 30 plus years
of experience in the technology field.

Tom Sweetman
COO of PDS, Inc.
Tom Sweetman is the Chief
Operating Officer for the organization. He joined PDS in January, 2007
and brings 15 years of experience in the staffing industry. Prior to
joining PDS, Tom spent four years as the Western
Regional President at The Yoh Company. He was a Group Vice President
at AdvectA, Inc. He also held senior leadership positions at both
Robert Half and Target Corp. Tom graduated with a BS
from Saint John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota.

Ryan Dunlay
VP, Denver Market
Ryan has 17 years of
experience in the technical staffing industry. He spent 9 years with
Hall Kinion where Ryan was one of 5 sales people who were key figures in
growing the company from $5 Million to over $150 Million in revenue. For
Comsys Ryan ran the Northern California region that consisted of 4
branches and later handled the same region for The Yoh Company. Over the
course of his career, Ryan has started over 10 new locations for various
staffing companies. Ryan also opened a staffing company that
specialized in ERP consultants and become the vendor of choice for all
of the Big 5 accounting firms. Currently serving PDS as a Vice
President, Ryan has been instrumental in the company's rapid growth.

Brian Hinshaw
VP, Sales and Solutions
Brian Hinshaw is Vice President of Staffing and Solutions, based in
Arizona. Brian joined PDS in February of 2001 bringing
with him over 20 years of technology staffing and solutions marketing
experience. Brian was responsible for Arizona staffing sales for
Analysts International Corporation (AiC) and also
worked for IBM Corporation in a solutions sales capacity. Earlier in
his career Brian worked for Ernst and Whinney and EDS
as a technology consultant. Brian transitioned from
technologist to sales and sales management and has held leadership roles
for the past 15 years. Brian is a graduate of both
the University of Alaska Anchorage and Northern Arizona University.

Scott Holden
VP, Staffing & Solutions
Scott Holden has more then
15 years of experience providing services to technology clients in need
of staffing resources. During his career he's been responsible for the
growth & development of several business locations, while managing
and mentoring staff. Scott is a firm believer in the importance of
networking and building personal relationships with the clients and
employees we serve. This belief led to his current position as Vice
President of Staffing & Solutions with PDS. Scott is a graduate of
the University of Arizona, and currently lives in Phoenix.
