Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
During its 19-year history, Productive Data Solutions, Inc. (PDS) has
distinguished itself in the technical staffing industry in both federal
organizations and commercial companies by continuously examining and
evaluating business processes to provide increasing value to our
clients. As a result, we have developed innovations that provide

PDS has been developing unique new methods of delivering services to
federal agencies, particularly to large prime contractors and national

describing the problems we have identified and our proposed solution,
and the corresponding Back Office Support Systems (BOSS).
PDS has created a technology service for its national client's demand
for Managed Services that addresses the Small Business utilization needs
and delivers balanced and customized Internet-based workforce management
services. These services include sourcing, hiring, and management of
contract/temporary workers or permanent placement needs.
With this unique service by PDS being designed around the Federal
Governments initiative to privatize the Small Business Administration,
