Who we are:
People, Data and Solutions
We are an experienced IT staffing agency working with many companies from Ogden to St. George. We have been located in Utah since 1995, with our current office in Draper. We have been one of the top staffing agencies, working in partnership with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, whom we have been working with for over 10 years.
We are a personal touch company. What does this mean?
We coach through all processes of the candidate experience… We want our candidate experience to be exceptional. We want each person to feel like part of our company. We include you in Lunch and Learns, visits to clients, and monthly lunches.
We build lasting relationships!
We have placed multiple people many times at The Church.
Why choose us?
At PDS we realize that job searching can be tough; you spend time updating your resume or work history, applying for jobs, and going to interviews.
We make it easier to get hired.
Our recruiting team is awesome! Many of us came from Corp recruiting and others from agency recruiting. We have years of experience to glean upon. Your recruiter will act as a personal career coach in your job search by providing you tips to improve your resume, individual interview preparation, getting your resume in front of the right hiring managers, and we will be your advocate in getting you the job that’s the best fit for you. Your recruiter will work with you one-on-one to go over what type of position you’re looking for, get to know your likes and dislikes about previous jobs you’ve had, and will help you make sure your resume or work history is error-free before sending it on to the hiring managers.
