Our client has an immediate opening for HR Systems Analyst position in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
HR Systems Analyst Job Description:
The primary focus of this position is to oversee the HR systems (HRIS and Recruiting) and coordinate with the business and major updates, fixes and modifications to the systems.
Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions:
Manage Admin Console changes requested from the business, this could include opening up new modules, changes to existing workflows and implementing country specific updates
Collect and interpret Business requirements or requests for improvement
Log and Manage tickets raised with vendors (except for the ones raised through vendors), update the business on progress and resolution, and coordinate testing if needed.
Review new functionality delivered as part of system enhancements
Liaise with support vendors for appropriate system configuration and development changes
Monitor change requests progress and coordinate communication between all parties (COE, Super user, Business user, Vendors)
Write the test scripts for new system functionality
Ensure testing is coordinated with the Business recipient and ensure that change requests impact on Training material or Process documentation is completed
Facilitate deployment of new functionality to users
Develop and Run advanced reporting
Keep track of business changes that would impact the EC system such as corporate structure changes
Keep up to date with systems updates, new releases and enhancements communicated by the vendors in order to assess impact and potential benefit.
Propose and document potential improvements in the area of processes or system functionality, take into account costs and timelines. Put a business case together presenting the benefits of the change. If approved, communicate to the impacted parties, coordinate related activities with vendors if needed, with Management if needed.

Equipment Used and Responsibility
Computer, telephone and electronic office equipment
MS Office Suite
4 years of database administration experience required, SAP/SuccessFactors preferred
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Project Management Certification, preferred
Recent experience developing test scripts
Intermediate skills in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Able to work effectively and efficiently in a rapidly changing environment
Strong organizational skills
Communicate clearly: verbal and written
