Job Description:

Primarily responsible for the maintenance of the electronic training management system application and associated programs. Responsible for data quality, process improvements and providing requested training reports to internal and external customers. Responsible for performing daily employee updates in training system, running training reports and maintaining the Quality Systems webpages.

Responsible for maintaining and updating daily HR and other applicable changes to electronic training system(s).


Responsible for covering help desk and providing user technical support for electronic training system(s).


Responsible for organization and maintenance of group training files within the system.


Assist in maintaining Quality Systems webpages, as needed.


Assist in working with functional area management teams to create and maintain appropriate training matrices.


Provide training records and reports as requested for internal/external audits.


Runs reports to aide in analyzing effectiveness of training system and suggests improvements to the reporting process.


Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.


Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.


Monitors work to ensure quality, and continuously promote Quality First Time.


Participates in technical team activities.


Support Quality Systems projects, as required.


Other duties as directed by management.
